I found the staff to be helpful with directions and local information. The room had a comfortable bed and a well-designed layout. I especially liked the availability of reFa items, such as the shower head and hairdryer. The proximity to the station made access to shops and restaurants easy.

The room cleaning was not performed daily which was a slight inconvenience.
